All repairs, installations & Pm's performed by Service First USA are done in good faith, and with good intention. Service First USA assumes no responsibility for equipment performance or losses due to the system underperforming or malfunction after a repair/service. The equipment owner should allow a period of 24 to 48 hours to determine if the equipment is working correctly before trusting the system with products to prevent losses. If decided that the equipment is not working correctly, the customer must contact Service First USA to arrange a system inspection, and fill out a Job Warranty Form. Please note that having an outside company or individual work on our installation or repair will immediately void any outstanding warranties on the installed parts or equipment.

All invoices are due according to the terms shown on your invoice, All cancellations are subject to restocking charges for up to 30% of the total of the invoice and special orders shipping and labor charges are not refundable.
