Upon arrival at Solazo, I discovered that the heating unit was in lockout mode due to a failure to

ignite. I attempted to restart the unit, but the heat did not resume. After a thorough

troubleshooting process, we determined that the ignition control board was faulty.

On 3/28/23, we replaced the ignition control board and restarted the system. Initially, the

system was set to turn on the heat at 50 degrees Fahrenheit. However, we discovered that the

temperature control was not accurate and required adjustment. On 3/29/23, we adjusted the

temperature control setting to 55 degrees Fahrenheit and restarted the system.

As of now, the Make-Up Air Unit (MAU) is functioning correctly, and the ignition issue has been

resolved. Please monitor the unit's performance to ensure it continues to operate efficiently. If
