-Provide refrigerant piping and refrigerant gases, perform a pressure test, and charge the system with new 404 A refrigerant. Install condensate drain to closest drain.
-Condensing unit to be located on top of the cooler box.

When you choose Professional Installation or repair with our products, we will ensure that your parts or equipment are professionally installed. All repairs and installations performed by Service First USA are done in good faith, and with good intention. Service First USA assumes no responsibility for equipment performance or losses due to the system underperforming or malfunction after installation or a repair. The equipment owner should allow a period of 24 to 48 hours to determine if the equipment is working correctly before trusting the system with products to prevent losses. If decided that the equipment is not working correctly, the customer must contact Service First USA to arrange a system inspection, and fill out a Job Warranty Form https://www.servicefirstusa.com/warranty-form/. Please note that having an outside company or individual work on our installation or repair will immediately void any outstanding warranties on the installed parts or equipment.

Our labor warranty on all installations or repairs is 90 days from the day of installation unless otherwise specified on the contract. Additional manufacturer warranties may apply. If performing a repair on an existing system, Service First USA is not responsible for engineering or load calculations, unless it is specified on the contract, labor charges are not refundable under any circumstances and custom equipment or special order parts can not be returned.

We at this moment agree with the terms and conditions and authorize the company named above to perform the described work, along with any necessary materials to complete the task. The customer agrees to pay for the quoted amount within the terms of payment. Any alteration or deviation from the above-described work must be approved by the customer and will become an extra cost above the agreed amount. I agree that this is an estimated cost for this job, and the final invoiced amount could be higher than the estimated price. If believed that the cost of this job will be higher than 20% above the estimated price, Service First USA will notify the customer before the job is completed. Any last-minute cancellation will be subject to restocking charges for all parts, and you can only return parts that have not been installed and are on its original package. Labor charges are not refundable by any means.
