Dear From the Ground Up Construction,

We, at this moment, propose to provide materials and labor to complete the HVAC job at 5947 N East Circle, Chicago, IL 60631, with a scope of work as follows:

First Floor and Basement:

• Remove existing boiler system, piping, and radiators.
• Install a 100k BTU Bosch high-efficiency furnace with a 5-ton Guardian AC system.
• Install duct distribution in the basement to provide air to the first floor and basement.
• All first-floor registers to be located on the floor, and all basement supply registers are to be found on the basement ceiling.
• One high and low main return on the first floor
• Installation of a 4" media filter
• Installation of a Honeywell Wi-Fi-enabled Vision Pro programmable thermostat.

Second Floor:

• Provide a 75k BTU Bosch high-efficiency furnace paired with a 3.5-ton Guardian AC system with horizontal installation
• Ductwork distribution is to be located in the attic, with the supply registers to feed the second floor from the ceiling
• One high and low main return in a common area
• All bedrooms with one supply in each room
• Installation of a 4" media filter
• Installation of a Honeywell Wi-Fi-enabled Vision Pro programmable thermostat

Bathroom Exhaust:

• Provide and install first and second-floor bathroom exhaust fans, vented to the exterior of the home

Job Exclusions:

• Plumbing, electrical, drywall demolition and patching, job permits, and fees

Time Schedule:

• The estimated project completion time is four weeks from the start date.

Payment Schedule:

• 50% down payment
• 25% when the first floor is completed
• 25% when the job is done
