When you choose Professional Installation or repair with our products, we will ensure that your parts or equipment are professionally installed. All repairs and installations performed by Service First USA are done in good faith, and with good intention. Service First USA assumes no responsibility for equipment performance or losses due to the system underperforming or malfunction after installation or a repair. The equipment owner should allow a period of 24 to 48 hours to determine if the equipment is working correctly before trusting the system with products to prevent losses. If decided that the equipment is not working correctly, the customer must contact Service First USA to arrange a system inspection, and fill out a Job Warranty Form https://www.servicefirstusa.com/warranty-form/. Please note that having an outside company or individual work on our installation or repair will immediately void any outstanding warranties on the installed parts or equipment.

Our labor warranty on all installations or repairs is 90 days from the day of installation unless otherwise specified on the contract. Additional manufacturer warranties may apply. If performing a repair on an existing system, Service First USA is not responsible for engineering or load calculations, unless it is specified on the contract, labor charges are not refundable under any circumstances and custom equipment or special order parts can not be returned.
