Service First USA was established in 2002 by a group of mechanical contractors who were tired of working with complicated and inefficient HVAC/R companies. The founder, Joel Cuellar, had a vision to simplify the HVAC experience by bringing the latest technology to the table. Today, Service First USA is based in Chicago and services over 1500 customers in the Chicago-land area, and thousands more nationwide.
