To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Service First USA/ JCM Services Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. ServicesFist USA.com does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. ServiceFirst USA.com does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability, or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
SrviceFirstUSA.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the products on this site or the performance of the products, any product bought through this website are not returnable unless it is on its original package, and it has not been installed. A 30% restocking fee will be charged. the customer is responsible for all shipping and cost related to the return of the item. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Pro Install or Repair Labor Warranty
When you choose Professional Installation or repair with our products, we will ensure that your parts or equipment are professionally installed. All repairs and installations performed by Service First USA are done in good faith, and with good intention. Service First USA assumes no responsibility for equipment performance or losses due to the system underperforming or malfunction after a repair. The equipment owner should allow a period of 24 to 48 hours to determine if the equipment is working correctly before trusting the system with products to prevent losses. If decided that the equipment is not working correctly, the customer must contact Service First USA to arrange a system inspection, and fill out a Job Warranty Form. Please note that having an outside company or individual work on our installation or repair will immediately void any outstanding warranties on the installed parts or equipment.
Our labor warranty on all installations or repairs is 90 days from the day of installation unless otherwise specified on the contract. Additional manufacturer warranties may apply. If performing a repair on an existing system, Service First USA is not responsible for engineering or load calculations, unless it is specified on the contract, labor charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
Credit Card Payments
NOTE: The billing address you provide must match that of your credit card statement, all work orders need to be signed off for your order to be processed. A receipt and shipping confirmation will be emailed to you. If you have a spam blocker in place, be sure to allow shipping@servicefirstusa.com as an approved sender. Please note that your credit card statement will show a charge from servicefirstusa.com.
