Do you offer HVAC and refrigeration service?
Yes — Service First USA offers nationwide HVAC and refrigeration service through our network of certified independent technicians and service partners.
We coordinate service requests across the United States by dispatching qualified professionals backed by our internal support team and service standards.
Our service capabilities include:
- Commercial HVAC diagnostics and repair
- Commercial refrigeration service and troubleshooting
- Kitchen ventilation and exhaust system service
- Make-up air unit (MAU) and airflow troubleshooting

Do you sell OEM HVAC replacement parts?
Yes. We supply genuine OEM HVAC replacement parts for commercial and residential systems.
Available components include:
- Motors (condenser fan motors, blower motors, inducer motors)
- Capacitors
- Ignitors
- Flame sensors
- Contactors
- Control boards
- Pressure switches and safety controls
Most standard in-stock parts ship the next business day.
Are Make-Up Air Units (MAUs) in stock?
MAUs are custom, made-to-order equipment. Production lead times vary based on configuration and manufacturer scheduling.
Are MAUs, custom equipment, or made-to-order exhaust fans returnable?
Because MAUs and made-to-order ventilation equipment are built specifically per order, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is placed and/or production has started.
If there is a problem, damage, or performance issue, we will support you by:
- Coordinating replacement of damaged components (as applicable)
- Providing manufacturer-backed technical assistance
- Helping troubleshoot startup, wiring, airflow, or configuration issues
We do not accept returns for made-to-order equipment.
Can stock exhaust fans be returned?
Stock exhaust fans may be eligible for return only if:
- They are unused and uninstalled
- Returned in original packaging
- Return is requested within 30 days of purchase
Special-order, modified, or custom-configured fans are non-returnable.
What if equipment arrives damaged?
All shipments must be inspected at delivery. For freight deliveries:
- Note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading before signing
- Take photos immediately of the packaging and product
- Notify us within 24 hours
Failure to document freight damage at delivery may limit or void freight claims.
How fast do in-stock parts ship?
Most in-stock HVAC parts ship the next business day. If an item is backordered, we’ll contact you with updated lead time options.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on the product, destination, and carrier availability.
For large items such as fans, curbs, and MAUs, expedited freight may be available. Contact us for options.
Do you ship internationally (Mexico, Canada, etc.)?
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer direct international shipping.
Mexico/Canada option: If a customer in Mexico or Canada needs parts or equipment, we can ship to a U.S. shipping address near the border or to a U.S.-based freight forwarder. The customer can then arrange their own carrier and import process from that point.

What is your return policy for standard parts?
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging with all manuals and accessories.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Can electrical parts be returned?
Electrical parts may be returned only if unused and not installed. Installed parts may be subject to inspection, restocking fees, partial refund, or denial if altered or damaged.
