Return Policy for Parts
At Service First USA, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. We understand that there might be situations where you need to return a product. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the process and guidelines for returning items.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Only items purchased directly from Service First USA are eligible for returns.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be in their original packaging and unused, without any signs of installation or usage.
2. Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at customer-service@servicefirstusa.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item(s) along with a copy of the original invoice and a note including your RMA number.
- Ship the package to the following address: Service First USA 721 Amsterdam St. Woodstock, IL 60098
3. Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Items must not have been installed, used, or damaged in any way.
- All included accessories, manuals, and documentation must be returned in their original condition.
4. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, restocking, and processing returned items.
5. Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
