Return Policy for Parts

At Service First USA, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. We understand that there might be situations where you need to return a product. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the process and guidelines for returning items.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Only items purchased directly from Service First USA are eligible for returns.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and unused, without any signs of installation or usage.

2. Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at servicepro@servicefirstusa.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item(s) along with a copy of the original invoice and a note including your RMA number.
  3. Ship the package to the following address: Service First USA 721 Amsterdam St. Woodstock, IL 60098

3. Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund.
  • Items must not have been installed, used, or damaged in any way.
  • All included accessories, manuals, and documentation must be returned in their original condition.

4. A standard restocking fee of 15% will apply to all eligible returns. This fee covers the cost of inspection, repackaging, and inventory processing.

If a package has been opened but the part has not been installed or used, a refund may still be considered at our discretion. In such cases, an additional 10% handling fee will apply to cover testing, functionality verification, and repackaging.

All fees will be deducted from the refund amount issued.

5. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
