Compressors, fans, motors, furnaces, coils, condensing units, rooftop units, and other HVAC equipment are welcome, whether new or used.

Working condition. Sold as is.

All equipment must be in working condition when listed and at the time of sale. Sellers must accurately describe its condition, disclose known defects, and provide testing or operating details. Nonworking, untested, or parts-only equipment is not eligible.

Equipment is sold as is, in its disclosed condition. Service First USA does not inspect, certify, or provide a warranty on customer-listed equipment. Listing approval does not guarantee performance. The as-is condition does not excuse an inaccurate description or undisclosed defects.

How it works

  1. Create your seller account below and acknowledge the seller terms.
  2. Submit clear photos, manufacturer and model, specifications, working condition and testing details, known defects, asking price, location, and pickup or shipping details. Choose the matching equipment category.
  3. An administrator reviews every listing before publication. Approved listings appear in Repurposed Equipment and their matching category, such as Compressors, Fans, or Motors.

Transparent selling fees

Service First USA earns 10% of the equipment sale price. Sellers also pay actual payment-processing fees separately. Sales tax and separately itemized shipping are excluded from the commission.

For a $1,850 equipment sale, the commission is $185, leaving $1,665 before processing fees and agreed adjustments.

Buyers pay through Service First USA. Seller payment onboarding and payout arrangements must be confirmed before equipment is offered for purchase.

Clearly disclose whether equipment is new/unused, used and tested, or refurbished. All equipment must be in working condition and is sold as is.

Equipment seller acknowledgment

I own this equipment or am authorized to sell it. I will list HVAC equipment only, in working condition when listed and at the time of sale, sold in good faith and as is. Nonworking, untested, or parts-only equipment is not eligible. I understand that sellers who knowingly misrepresent equipment as working will be removed from the Service First USA website and will no longer be permitted to sell here. I will accurately disclose its actual new or used condition, specifications, testing status, defects, and pickup or shipping terms. Every listing and material edit requires administrator approval. Service First USA earns 10% of the equipment price actually paid after discounts, excluding sales tax and separately itemized shipping. I also pay actual payment-processing fees separately and authorize these deductions from my proceeds. Marketplace sales must be paid through Service First USA. Payout arrangements must be confirmed before a listing is offered for purchase. Approval is not an inspection, certification, or warranty. I intend my typed legal name and checked acknowledgment to be my electronic signature to these terms.
